£15m regulated private hospital
Executive Director with full P&L accountability
Leading the commercial and operational performance of a regulated private hospital.
As Executive Director, I was responsible for the overall performance of a £15 million regulated private hospital, leading financial performance, operations, governance and patient services.
In my first year, EBITDA increased by 17% and patient activity grew by 11%. Over the following two years, I led an organisational redesign that reduced payroll costs by around 10%, delivered a £3 million imaging redevelopment from business case to operational launch, and strengthened the hospital’s operational resilience and long-term capability.

£50m multi-site portfolio
Financial and commercial leadership
Improving financial performance across the portfolio.
Leading commercial finance across two hospitals with combined revenues of approximately £50 million, I improved EBITDA margins from 25.4% to 29.6% through revenue yield improvement, utilisation optimisation and disciplined cost management. Working alongside operational leadership teams, I also identified more than £1 million of recurring structural cost reduction opportunities through zero-based budget reviews across workforce, procurement and overhead expenditure.

Transformation at a FTSE-10 company
Delivering large-scale international transformation.
Working alongside senior executives, I helped redesign five corporate functions and introduce UK-India operating models across Procurement and Legal, contributing to more than £35 million of recurring structural savings while strengthening governance and operational effectiveness.
Financial performance matters. But lasting organisational performance comes from understanding how businesses really work, aligning people behind change and building the capability to sustain it. The most meaningful results aren’t delivered through recommendations alone, but through experienced leadership that understands both the numbers and the organisation responsible for delivering them.
